Mission Statement

Elevate Performance Club is committed to setting the standard for sport-specific, result-driven training. Through individualized, proven-effective, and data-driven programming, we are able to maximize each one of our athletes potential.

Lifestyle Guidance

My journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges that an athlete will encounter. I have battled with accountability, toxic lifestyle choices, and consistency among other deterrents to my goals. However, my story enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding to all of my clients. 

Coaching Experience

I have been training for 12+ years.  My expertise is in strength development and performance.  My main emphasis is on MOVEMENT QUALITY. I believe that all styles of training need to have practical application. What you do in the gym should have direct carryover onto the field, court or into your everyday life. 


I specialize in developing speed and explosive power for athletes of all ages. I believe that every single exercise [Movement] needs to be tried, tested, and proven effective.  This ensures that I am able to program and coach in the most efficient manner. 


My continued education completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the most effective tools and methods you need to  achieve your goals.
